Every gown is handcrafted by experienced artisans rather than mass-produced in a factory. We take pride in every gown we create and carefully inspect each dress before shipment.
Because each dress is individually made, slight variations in handwork, lace placement, beading, or stitching may naturally occur. These small differences are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handcrafted bridal gowns and are not considered defects.
If a genuine issue arises due to our workmanship or an error on our part, we will work with you promptly and fairly to find the best possible solution.

Why Brides Trust Us
Ordering a wedding gown online requires more than beautiful photographs. It requires trust.
We understand that choosing a dress without visiting a boutique can feel uncertain. That is why we have built our process around clarity rather than assumptions.
From the moment your order is confirmed, every stage is documented. We share production updates, photographs of your gown as it takes shape, quality inspections, packaging, and shipment tracking. You will always know where your dress is, how it is progressing, and what comes next.
We believe transparency should never be optional. The same principle guides our conversations.
If we believe a design is not suitable for your body proportions, we will tell you. If a requested detail cannot achieve the result you envision, we will explain why. If we think a small adjustment could improve the overall balance of your gown, we will recommend it—not because it is easier for us, but because it serves you better.
Our goal is never simply to complete an order. It is to make thoughtful decisions on your behalf, with the same care we would expect if we were the customer. Every dress is reviewed before it leaves our atelier. Every measurement is checked. Every detail is inspected by hand.
Perfection may be an ideal, but responsibility is a choice. It is a choice we make every day. Trust is not created through promises. It is built through consistency, honesty, and the quiet confidence of doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. That is how we work. And that is the standard every gown must meet before it carries our name.
Return & Refund Policy
Every gown we create is handcrafted specifically for each customer. Because each dress is made-to-order and tailored to your individual measurements, we kindly ask that you review the following policy before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Weight gain or weight loss after ordering
- Wedding cancellation or date changes
- Personal preference after receiving the dress
Each gown is created exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
Alterations
Our dresses feature a lace-up corset back, allowing for flexible fitting and minor size adjustments.
Small alterations are common for bridal gowns, even when custom measurements are provided. We recommend working with a local professional tailor for any minor adjustments after delivery.
If you would like us to perform additional alterations, we are happy to help. Alteration fees and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive:
- The wrong dress
- A dress with significant manufacturing defects
- An item that does not match your confirmed order
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number

After reviewing your request, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include:
- Repairing the dress

The solution will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

Order Cancellation & Refund Processing
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once fabric has been cut or production has started, the order cannot be canceled because your gown is being made exclusively for you.
If an approved cancellation is requested before production begins, any payment processing fees or non-recoverable transaction costs may be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
